Hateful People In Society

I don't understand society. It's like everyone is out to get someone and when asked "why?", they deny any involvement. Society is made up of the people in it. When society is messed up, this can only mean that the people in it are messed up. Some people are just hateful and vindictive. Sometimes, it really seems that they are hateful and vindictive, just for the sake of being hateful and vindictive. But let you be that way to them and you are so wrong. I say, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." This quote, being thought of often, will bring us safety and success. When we encounter adversities in our lives, we must fight diligently for our own success and freedom. Generally, we are all alone fighting for ourselves. Family and friends often turn there backs on us and leave us alone and helpless in our most distressing times of our lives.

SOVEREIGN

There is a movement within our country by persons who are reclaiming the sovereignty that is rightfully inherent in the people of this land. By definition, as sovereigns, we are free to be and do anything we want. At first glance this seem to imply that the sovereign is free of all social and moral constraints. Without qualification this could lead to what might be termed Sovereign Immunity Syndrome, i.e., a condition whereby one believes he/she is the only sovereign and therefore is above the law, as opposed to a sovereign who is surrounded by a whole world of other sovereigns, each having been endowed with the same unalienable rights. At birth we are all born into this Sovereignity.
Common Law has two major governing precepts. First, as a sovereign one is free to be and do anything he/she pleases as long as whatever is done does not injure another sovereign in his/her person, character or property; and second, that the sovereign honor all contracts and agreements that were entered into knowingly, voluntarily and willingly.
To have freedom as a sovereign requires responsibility. Because one becomes aware of his/her sovereignty does not grant license to ride rough shod over whoever gets in the way or whoever doesn’t have the same awareness of his/her sovereignty. The genuine sovereign will give respect to all other sovereigns, even those who may not be currently aware that they are sovereign. There is no asking permission to be sovereign. If you were born and are a real flesh and blood human, you are sovereign. That does not however guarantee that the sovereignty potential has been actualized. There is a Latin term in law, res ipsa loquitur, which means the thing speaks for itself. If one is truly living as a sovereign, it will speak for itself. Unfortunately, in our land the vast majority are sovereigns who have yet to realize and actualize their potential.
The term Sovereign is defined in Webster’s Dictionary as "Having supreme rank, power and authority…being above all others…rightful status of independence and prerogative…" In Black’s Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition Sovereign is defined as "A person, body, or state in which independent and supreme authority is vested; a chief ruler with supreme power; a king or other ruler in a monarchy."
Prior to the statutory maze that now curses the citizenry of this land we were subject to the law of the land. The United States, by way of the Constitution, adopted the Common Laws of England. Caldwell v. Hill 176 S.E. 383 (1934). The Law of the Land means the Common Law Taylor v. Porter (4 Hill) 140, 146, State v. Simon, (2 Spears) 761, 767.
The Constitution was adopted and made by people in their capacity as Sovereigns. Therefore, as a whole, the United States emanates from the people thus the laws and constitutions of the several states are subordinate to the Constitution of the United States and the laws made pursuant to it. "Sovereignty itself is, of course, not subject to law for it is the author and source of law;" Yick Wo vs Hopkins and Woo Lee vs Hopkins 118 U.S. 356. "Here [in America] sovereignty rests with the People." Chisholm. v. Georgia, (2 Dall) 415, 472.
"To the Constitution of the United States the term SOVEREIGN is totally unknown. There is but one place where it could have been used with propriety. But, even in that place it would not, perhaps, have comported with the delicacy of those who ordained and established that Constitution. They might have announced themselves ‘SOVEREIGN’ people of the United States. But serenely conscious of the fact, they avoided the ostentatious declaration." Chisholm v. Georgia, (2 Dall) 440, 455. Thus, the People themselves, either singly or collectively, are sovereign, supra at 456, over both the State and the federal government and are the true SOVEREIGNS within this nation.
The point? We, as SOVEREIGN, need to engineer our daily thoughts and actions accordingly as such.

Who Is In Control Of Your Life And Freedom?

I have been following a story out of our neighboring state, Utah. It seems that Utah, or at least a judge in Utah, has decided that a mother who has chosen to home school her 5 children for the last 9 years, is now facing jail, 6 months on each count, for failing to enroll her children in public school. She felt so threatened that immediately after the court hearing she enrolled her 2 older children in the local high school. Later, in fact, that night, she and her children, under cover of darkness, gathered their immediate necessities, leaving their beds and furniture behind, and left the STATE OF UTAH for parts unknown, all of this in America folks. If this does not leave one’s blood running cold, I would question one’s pulse. The very thought that we in this country have allowed “our government” to devolve downward to this point is frightening beyond belief.
In 1999 I learned about Redemption and Acceptance for Value. In that process I learned about filing a UCC-1 financing statement and the importance of filing a claim. The first thing I did in that process of learning that year was to file that same UCC-1 and list not only my STRAWMAN, but also my wife, and each of my 6 children. That filing remains in place today. It is my belief and contention that this action allows me to defend my family against such actions of a STATE run amuck. The STATE is claiming, without saying so directly, that they own our children and they can control everything about their lives right down to what happens in their daily education and functions. Of course, my position about this is very simple, it is the marriage LICENSE that all of this emanates from. This document constitutes a contract with the STATE, thus granting control and a “claim” in everything that then happens in that now commercial joint venture. Divorce, child support, alimony, control of even the “visitational” rights of us as parents over what we believe is our own affairs should be a wake-up call for each of us.

The American Law Research Association is concerned about the "Freedom, Liberty and Life" of the People in this country. The elected of The UNITED STATES of AMERICA, elected officials, hide and demolish what the Constitution provides to the People. The Constitution speaks of "...to form a more perfect union...", there is no union between the U.S. government and the People in this nation. "We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed, by their CREATOR, with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness." The UNITED STATES of AMERICA is very destructive to Freedom, Liberty and Life, not to mention Happiness. It is our Constitutional right to alter the government. It is our eminent right to alter our lives to obtain freedom and Liberty. We the People do not have to stand by and allow the UNITED STATES of AMERICA to oppress us.
